DAY BY DAY:
Day 1:Mendoza
Arrival in Mendoza and transfer to the hotel. Free day to relax.
Day 2:Mendoza
Breakfast and today you will visit the city sharing the culture and history of its foundation by the Spanish colonizers four centuries ago. It includes a visit to the Independence Plaza, the main avenues and the Civic Centre, The Founding area, The Aquarium (as optional), the General Martin Park and the Hill of Glory, a popular spot for a panoramic view.
Day 3:Mendoza
After breakfast you will take the wine day tour, you will be able to visit the most important wineries, the bodegas, around the city including wine tasting.
These circuits are developed among vineyards in the departments of Lujan de Cuyo and Maipu.
We will contact the work culture in the hands of immigrants by using irrigation techniques (canals and ditches) inherited from the former Aborigins.
That managed the huarpes to change a vast desert into a productive oasis . It is the scene of the settlement of prestigious wineries that represent Argentinian wines in the world with high quality wines.
We will visit two wineries with traditional methods and also the ones that use the latest avaliable technology guided by professionals staff in the winemaking progres. We show the vinification methods, processes, bottling and labelling of wines, accompanied by a tasting of the different lines that the wineries offers.
Day 4:Mendoza - Salta
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Salta. Transfer to the hotel. City tour, and then return to your hotel.
Salta City was founded in 1582 by Hernando de Lerma, under orders from the Virrey Toledo (Spanish crown).
Today the city has grown considerably, but keeps intact the colonial spirit in many of its most important monuments and houses, making it the best city in Argentina which has preserved its architectural legacy.

Day 5:Salta - Cafayate
Breakfast and Full day tour to Cafayate and the surrounding área.
The excursion to Cafayate consists on a full day trip to this incredible wine region, located in the middle of the Calchaquies Valleys. To get there, we will cross amazing mountain landscapes, which surprise by the curious rocky formations found there. Night in Cafayate.
Day 6:Cafayate - Salta
Breakfast and visit wineries: Felix Lavaque, Etchart and Vasija Secreta or similars. Visit Cafayate wine museum, is one of our Top 5 Must-Sees in Cafayate, and the best place to learn about winemaking in the beautiful surroundings of Cafayate. Return to Salta. Night in Salta.
Day 7:Salta
Breakfast and check out. Transfer to the airport and return flight home or to your next destination.
